Very friendly staff. Hygienically perfect shower, changing room and training areas. Trainers respond to requests. I feel an improved physical fitness. The Be Rudnum satisfied and recommendable.

Competent trainers. I was not initially convinced of EMS training until I was shown the training session. I can only say: you don't just feel stronger; it is you too! Everyone has 20 minutes - that makes it so easy ..
